Welcome to the Chalet Authentik website. By making a reservation or using this site, you accept these terms and conditions, which govern the rental of our chalets (Chalet 17, Chalet 27, Chalet 42 and Chalet 50) located at Fiddler Lake Resort in Mille-Isles, in the Laurentians.

Reservations and Payment

A reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received through our secure booking platform. Displayed rates include applicable fees unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking. A valid payment method may be required as a security deposit.

Cancellation Policy

Each chalet has its own specific cancellation policy, shown on its booking page at the time of purchase. We encourage you to review these terms carefully before confirming your stay, as they vary depending on the season and the chalet selected.

House Rules

To ensure an enjoyable experience for everyone, each chalet is subject to house rules (see our Cottage Rules page), including guidelines on occupancy limits, pets, smoking, noise, and use of the resort's amenities. Failure to comply with these rules may result in additional charges or early termination of the stay.

Liability

Chalet Authentik strives to ensure the accuracy of the information presented on this site. However, we cannot be held liable for indirect damages, losses, or inconveniences resulting from the use of the chalet, the resort, or its facilities. Guests remain responsible for their own safety and that of their companions during their stay.

Force Majeure

Chalet Authentik cannot be held responsible for any delay, cancellation, or inability to honor a reservation due to circumstances beyond our control, such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or any other force majeure event.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province of Quebec and the applicable laws of Canada. Any dispute arising from their interpretation or application will be submitted to the competent courts of Quebec.
